Katsaridaphobia

This is a poster of what was going to be a longer series of roach posters, talking about a variety of types of roaches from common pests, to ones kept as pets, and more. I pivoted to another project that caused me to drop this one at the time, but I did at least make this poster and still find it very appealing for what it is. It was drawn in procreate, separated in illustrator and edited a little in photoshop and printed in riso. The colors were different in the final print than what I planned for, as the teal drum that I had planned on using, had been in the shop. For reference, each time a new color is printed in riso, the ink drum must be changed, which in a shared studio space, can lead to potential breakage. Regardless, the Violet used in its place was a very pleasant choice in the end.
