Otis Portrait

This is a memorial painting for my family's late dog Otis. He developed a rather aggressive form of mast cell cancer and succumbed to it not long after diagnosis. He was always a bright dog who was full of personality, and willingness to learn, which I tried to capture here. It has been a couple years since his passing, but he is still greatly missed! The painting itself is 16 by 24 inches and painted in acrylic medium. I plan on uploading progress shots of this painting as well to show the process.
